2024 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite
2024 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S 22' 4" Travel Trailer. Slide Out, Awning, Sleeps 4, A/C Unit. New & Never Used!
Why buy new when you can get this 2024 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S that has never been used? The original owners purchased it and quickly realized it wasn't the right travel fit for them. It's free and clear, no smoking, no pets, and ready for its first camping adventure.
This popular floorplan offers a great combination of comfort, functionality, and easy towing. It features a Murphy bed and dinette that converts to a bed, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements while keeping the living area open when the bed is stored. The single slide-out has an awning topper, while the power retractable patio awning creates additional outdoor living space.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with solid-surface countertops, a counter extension, large pantry, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, and convection microwave oven. There's also a TV in the living room and cable-ready hookups.
Power and convenience features include power stabilizer jacks, power tongue jack, one A/C, furnace, solar panel, and a prep for a second solar panel. The owners also added a stabilizer bar plus side cameras and a backup camera, giving you added confidence when towing and maneuvering.
Outside, you'll find an outdoor kitchen with griddle, receiver hitch, rear ladder, folding entry steps, and plenty of functionality for campground living. With its manageable size and excellent layout, this Rockwood Mini Lite is an easy choice for weekend getaways or longer adventures.
