Clean, well cared for, and garage kept! This 2015 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 31W is a second-owner, smoke-free, pet-free motorhome that has been exceptionally maintained. The captain's chairs, dinette, and sofa bed have all been professionally reupholstered, giving the interior a fresh, updated look. The tires are approximately three years old, and the coach is free and clear.
Built on the dependable Ford E-450 chassis and powered by the proven Triton V10, this Chateau is ready for your next adventure. The coach features automatic power leveling, a full-wall slide-out with topper, and a brand-new power retractable patio awning with remote, making setup quick and easy.
Inside, the spacious floorplan features Corian countertops, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an entertainment center in place of the traditional cab-over bunk. The entertainment area includes a brand-new Smart TV, while the bedroom has its own TV. A radio with speakers inside and outside, cable hookup, and backup and side-view cameras add convenience and entertainment.
The private bedroom features a comfortable walk-around queen bed, while the dinette and sofa convert to additional sleeping space. Climate control includes a roof A/C, furnace, and cab A/C. An Onan 4KW generator with only 266 hours provides convenient power when you're away from the campground.
