Please note that the living room furniture has been removed, allowing the next owner the opportunity to customize the area to their own preferences.
Toward the rear of the coach, the master suite features a walk-around king bed, a large wardrobe prepped for a stackable washer and dryer, and generous storage throughout. The spacious bathroom includes a large fiberglass shower with an integrated seat, vanity, medicine cabinet, and additional storage space.
One of the most desirable features of the 38FKOK is the exterior kitchen and entertainment area, which includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, drop-in sink with running water, and a bumper-mounted gas grill. A large patio awning provides shade and comfort while relaxing outdoors, although the awning fabric will need replacement.
Additional features include a fully enclosed and insulated underbelly, heated holding tanks, aluminum-frame construction, ducted climate control, abundant pass-through storage, and high-quality residential finishes throughout.
