This 29‘9” rear living fifth wheel is a great combination of comfort, space, and value. It‘s been lightly used, never left the state of Iowa, and is in excellent, well-kept condition. If you‘re looking for something that‘s already set up and ready to go, this one checks all the boxes.
One of the standout features is the 4 newer 10-ply tires (installed in 2022), along with a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system, giving you added safety and peace of mind while traveling. It also features an 18-foot electric awning, perfect for relaxing outside at the campsite.
Inside, the popular rear living layout offers a comfortable and open feel. You‘ll find theatre seating, a sofa bed, and a table with chairs for dining, making it a great space to relax or entertain. The upgraded queen mattress adds extra comfort, and the large bathroom gives you more room than most in this size range.
The kitchen is well-equipped with Corian countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, along with plenty of storage. A central vacuum system makes cleanup easy, and the living area includes a TV, radio, and cable hookup for entertainment.
This camper also comes with a great set of extras and setup gear, including leveling blocks, a surge protector, and an outdoor rug-everything you need to get set up quickly and comfortably at your campsite.
Additional features include two slide-outs for added space, an outdoor shower, and dual axle stability for smoother towing.
With a dry weight of 8,183 lbs and a carrying capacity of 2,317 lbs, it‘s a solid and manageable fifth wheel for many setups. Tank capacities include 43 gallons fresh water, and 39 gallons each for gray and black, giving you flexibility for both campground and off-grid use.
This is a clean, well-equipped, and ready-to-go fifth wheel that offers a lot of value-especially with the newer tires and included accessories already taken care of. Perfect for someone who wants to hook up and start camping right away.
