Very clean 2020 35-foot 5th wheel RV with many amenities and upgrades. It has 3 slide-outs, and a power-driven awning. Living room has a hide-a-bed in the couch, and two recliners facing the TV and infrared fireplace. The kitchen area includes a residential size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, electric microwave, plenty of pantry storage, a sink with two basins, and a table for 4. Four kitchen chairs are included.
The freshwater tank holds 60-gallons. Additional holding tanks include grey water, black water, and outdoor kitchen galley tank.
The bathroom has a power vent, shower, sink, toilet, and cabinet storage. The bedroom has a Denver Mattress king-size bed, large closet with washer/dryer hookups inside, and a dresser.
Outside amenities include an electric outdoor refrigerator, sink and storage, bumper mounted gas grill, and hose for washing pets and more. Underbelly storage is large. The unit utilizes 6 self-leveling hydraulic legs with last-position memory.
Upgrades include a Rotoflex hitch pin, stairs with adjustable legs, holding tank heaters, six 100-watt solar panels with controller, four 100 amp-hour Lithium batteries. This unit can be used for dry-camping/boondocking due to the solar panels and Lithium batteries.
Electrical cord adapters, electrical pedestal lock, water hoses, blocks, and more are included.
