This 2015 Class A, Entegra, Aspire 44U that has been garage kept, just serviced, very gently used, with only 22,775 miles. You‘ll find everything to be operational, clean and in good working order.
Because we are moving, we have set the price significantly below market value. We are very motivated to sell this coach because we are downsizing prior to the move!!

This coach has 4 slide-outs that open to provide plenty of room for family and pets. You‘ll find the kitchen to have everything needed to prepare your meals including, a tall double wide pantry next to the kitchen counter, 4 additional slide out pantries next to the refrigerator, and a pull-out counter for extra counter space when needed. It has a double door refrigerator with a lower freezer including an in-the-door ice and water dispenser. Just off of the kitchen and living room, you‘ll find a convenient half bath.

The master suite has a king size Sleep Number bed and two night stands. Under the cabinets just over the head of the bed you‘ll find a full control panel for all of your coach lights, the coach security system, and the overhead fan. Opposite of the bed is the vanity and dresser drawers. The master bedroom has a Bose Solo sound bar, a Ceiling fan, a King Sleep Number air mattress, a Remote secure coach locking system, and a Samsung 32” LED HD TV. The master bath has a large sink vanity, a upgraded larger shower, and a power flush toilet. Along the rear wall is a wardrobe closet with double mirror doors and a hidden safe. Also along the rear wall is a separate Washer and Dryer.

The main cabin entertainment system includes two Flat screen TV‘s, a Samsung 32” LED HDTV, a Samsung 46” LED HDTV, a Bose CineMate 1 SR digital home theater speaker system, a Power HDTV antenna with signal booster, and a satellite dish on the roof.

The outside of the coach is equipped with an Exterior 40” Samsung LED HDTV with Sony Dual DIN CD/DVD player and 4 speakers. It has an Onan 10,000-watt diesel generator with auto gen start. It has three 5,000-BTU low profile central A/C/ heat pumps. It‘s also heated by an Aqua-Hot 400-LP hydronic water and heating system with in-floor heat, and a propane fireplace in the main cabin. The basement storage compartment includes a full storage slide.

The tires are all Michelin, steal belted, regrovable tires.
The front tires and wheels of the coach were upgraded to the larger size, 315/80R 22.5. That's the size Entegra is using on their newer coaches.
The date stamp on the front is 4418 (44th week, 18th year) and they were replaced 02/28/19.
The date stamps on the rear tires are all 2920 (29th week, 20th year). And they were replaced 09/02/2020.
All the tires are in great shape.

Batteries:
The house batteries are Lifeline GPL-4CT, AGM 750 CCA. They were replaced 9/8/2020.
The engine batteries are not original but I can't find a receipt.

The other modifications are as follows:
1. The original dinette was converted to a standard restaurant style dinette that converts to a bed. It's a Bradd and Hall, Villa Dinette Booth, ordered to match existing leather interior. It was done 01/08/2019. It easily fits five people.
2. The couch originally had the jacknife end that extended out just behind the driver's seat. The previous owner had it removed because they enjoyed watching TV from the front seats (swiveled inward facing) and it was in the way.
3. The shower was replaced professionally on 01/03/2018. The original shower was curved in the front and it was very small, so it was replaced with a very nice square custom cultured marble shower that is much larger...huge
improvement!
