Owned it for 2 years, bought it brand new. It's been used about 20 times. Still in new condition. I upgraded the tongue jack to a stronger more reliable jack. Comes with TV, waste tote, all the connections, cookware, plates, toaster, coffee maker etc... memory foam toppers in bunks and master bed. Everything works as it did when we bought it. New speakers and stereo inside.
